Been at it since 11pm last night. at the ER on my phone as well as  as soon as i got home. waiting on the muscle relaxer to kick in so i can try a novel ideal called sleep. i hear its an interesting concept

hope i do as well, id liek to find a good pm doc. i ask, and have a long list. well i hav eht elist. and i ask aroudn. most say doc x will write you  a script for ( a narcotic) and thats that. well that docs name goes off my list want oen that will try all  other avenues first. ive got 42+ narc pills given to me by a friend. so im not in a bind there. but last htign i want is an easy doc tbh. that wrote off all but 3. which ALL require a referral to get into. well hte socialist health dept here in town refuses to write referrals to anythign of that nature.. so im like wtf lol

most pm docs need a referral to get in ( pm = p[ain management) most around here. will write for painkillers without cause tbh. aka are too easy. when a pillhead recommends a doc for this. i write that doc off the list
