What do you call the piece of plastic under the grab bar that connect the left and right rear plastics?  Anyone have one for sale that will fit an '89 GS500e?  Thanks

89-99 will be the same  not a super easy to get part, but someone here will have one. Post in the FS/Trade section.

Just put my last spare one on my friends bike a few weeks ago or I could help you out....

Let me look in the warehouse ( Ok  it's my garage...) and I'll see if I have another one (don't get your hopes up...)...I think I have a one piece tail made from all three pieces (came that way with a bike I bought)....dunno if it can be separated without destroying  something....

Buy that part fast if he has it. I'm in the middle of literally emptying my garage  and have not come across another one (other than the 1 piece deal I mentioned before..).....And no I am not doing it just to find a part for ya...heheheh....Just Spring/early summer cleaning and rearranging....

Payment sent.  Thanks a lot!!  This really helps me out.  Now I have all the pieces to finish my current projects     The next step is finding the time to actually do them...   The plan now is to swap the beat up tank and plastics off my '89 GS onto the girlfriend's '95.  That way she doesn't have to worry about messing them up if she drops it.  I got another set of plastics for my bike but it was missing that center piece.  Then the final step is to finish painting the parts that are off of her bike.   The best layed plans of mice and men...
