Carb teacher wanted. NW Washington

Hey, everyone, I live in Bellingham WA and I would like to meet up with someone that knows lots about carbs and will teach me how to work on mine. I know there are posts on this page but I need hands on training. I am willing to travel up to about 2 hours away. I am very mechanically inclined but seriously lacking in carb experience. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Scott M
