hey an, knowing your name are you of vietnamese descent? , if so do you know the language?, you can always say with a big cheshire cat grin, f%$k you in that language. if not find out f%$k you in whatever language you choose, wiht the grin, most ppl think its a compliment. i for a while would know it in mandarin chinese, that and a few other words, helps if you wanna curse someone. BUT dont wanna lose work over it . AS LONG as hte person you are cursing in whatever language you pick DOES NOT KNOW THAT LANGUAGE

Not entirely sure.  I think there may be some back story that no one knows on him.  Fluency in that many languages usually points in one direction and he's old enough to have been in the work force for much of the cold war and Viet Nam.  I've met him a few times and never smelled alcohol.

Terry...  there's a guy that roams the streets where I live...  The story is that he and his friend were at the top of the curve in their MIT class back in the day.  I can't remember how his friend died, but he's never been the same since.  Looking at him, you've never guess that he's a college grad...  let alone MIT.

Sad to see people end up like that.

MIT IS THE SCHOOL! Right up there with all the IVY League schools. I was asked to attend after graduation but I thought I was doing the military thing and well the heart problem. If only?

as in you take an IQ test before you can apply kinda school? as a guy who's in college for IT, i want the best ecducatiobutn in my field i can get. but, i do know, you can't always get what you want....

I don't believe they teach IT courses at MIT and it's not a tech school.  As far as I know, you don't need to take an IQ test for entrance, but an outstanding SAT/ACT is going to be prerequisite.  My cousin had to damn near ace his GRE's and have a few strings pulled.  Tuition is obscene also, he has an ungodly amount of student loans and his under grad was paid for by state scholarship money so it's all from MIT.

IQ tests are essentially useless in todays society, the only thing I can think of that a high IQ test score will get you is admission to MENSA.  (doesn't even have to be that high anymore, their standards have dropped pretty dramatically in the last few decades)

Anybody actually know their IQ's?  I was a twice winner of the Presidential Academic award which put me in the top 10% of the nation! Was also alotted to go into the International Baccularate program instead of traditional high school. When I graduated I would have already had my AA. My biological creators would not let me go and this is one of many reasons why I hate them (trying to kill me was the icing on the cake).

My high school counselor royal screwed me so I didn't get any state scholarships. I took Biology II Honors (ie college biology) my freshman year of high school. So, I completely skipped physical science and took A&P, Chemistry, then Health Sciences. She told me in the second semester of my senior year that Anatomy and Physiology didn't count as a Lab credit where we worked on disecting a cat all year! Versus physical science where there was no lab, did count. WTF?!?!?

I've taken a couple tests online and whatnot, and I usually get mid 130s.  How credible they are, who knows.  If all works out correctly here, I'll be coming out of high school with credit for 8 college classes.
