I got gas running out of a black tube running down the right side

gas  running  out  of  a  tube  that  I  believe  comes from  the  carbs do  I  have  a  stuck  float? or  does  or  can  anyone  give  me  ideas  what  is  causing  this  and  how  to  fix..........maybe   which  carb  is  malfuctioing

Its either a stuck float or you have your pet-chicken on the prime setting. thats not primary, its prime, to prime the carbs when you drain them dry.

isn't it the tank overfill hose by any chance?
it may look like it's coming from the carbs, because it comes from under the tank and goes between the carbs and then towards the ground

ok  it  was  a  stuck  needle  valve!
