 :embarassed: I knew I was going to get it... bad ryde :(  But dayum it was hotter than Matthew Mcconaughey running nekkid on a beach  :tongue2:!!  or Tyrese dipped in chocolate with nothing but me... uh nm  :o ... My point is It was HOT!!!  I know I was wrong.. but the textile was breathable I had on knee pads... barely did 50 mph... hardly no traffic... I know still I was wrong .. but I wanted to share my ride.  Forgive me  :angel:

The bike in front of me... it's a Pacific Coast.  My friend Tom has owned it for about 10 years!!!

Trust me living in hades also known as Florida is a beotch! Now Mcconaughey nakkid yummy! I have a very hard time balancing heat exhaustion with protection it is your choice... There are some days when yup it's the jeans instead of the pants. One day was out riding all day in August lost seven pounds in water ended up in ER with severe dehydration! So, yeah I hear ya!

We just want to keep ya around in one piece!

Why not do both?  red route makes some nice riding jeans with pockets for knee armor and hip armor. with the little half zip on the back for your jacket.  Kevlar lining in high priority places as well.  They are my pant of choice due to my riding environment. Alot of red lights.

Thanks bikegirl!!! I'm looking into some of those boots!!!  Currently reading reviews on the and they seem pretty cool.  Dragin jeans and red route I'll look into it... but I do have some textile pants with armour... I didn't have them in my car with me at the time :(  I always carry a spare helmet, gloves and jacket in my car... Never know when you might need it!!!  :D

I "do" need a back up helmet hmmmm. One of those Element Bluetooth helmets or the HJC blue carbon fiber helmet  :bowdown:. You can never have tooo much gear! Hey ryde if you need an extra pair of gloves I wear a small in mens and on New Enough they have a pair of Army gloves for $7 they are very nice. Turned out to be $13 with shipping. Almost as good as my $50 Fox Bomber gloves!

:O  Wow, that's a pretty sweet jacket for $85.  I'm thinking about buying one now... haha.  And now that I have some income, gah, I need a jacket too.

Right now I'm split between putting my money toward the knee and shin gaurds that Lad is selling for $50 or going for that jacket. Kinda nice the arms zip off and such not that I'd do it while riding. I've been eying that jacket for about three months now. $28 in Pay pal only what $50 more to go plus shipping. ARGH can't Universal give me a few more hours!?!?!??

Oh, yes, that's true the fund should probably be getting up there by now.  Mary, I'm ordering it right now, hahah.  Blue/Black Large. :(  I hope it's not the last one... But I mean, if it happens to be, I have this XL Blue Shift Jacket I'd love to sell for $75 + ship... Haha I just want to get rid of this jacket.  It's just a bit too big.
