LED's work only one way. Won't work on GS's turn signal indicator. I noticed the same thing. Only solve is to change the regular bulb back to indicator panel.

yup, I know about the polarity, but it used to work fine.... just stop out of nowhere!!

anybody else know why???

Put the stock bulb in and see if it works.  If it does, the wiring is good.  I haven't seen these dual-polarity LEDs.  If they have two connections only, you'll need a new one if the stock bulb works.  If there are two pair of connections close together, it's possible one isn't making good contact, so a little careful bending will solve the problem.

Can you take a picture from that led bulb. Never seen that kind of "two-polarity" bulbs before.

A polarity agnostic LED bulb is just two LEDs wired "69"-like

If they're wired 69 style then it would only have two connections on it and he needs a new LED if the stock bulb works.

Can we say 69 style?  Isn't this a family message board?  :nono:

I found the problem...  I was sure it was working before!!! but it was a polarised led( you can actually see in the housing a resistor and a diode)

I kinda turned the led buld 180 degree and plug it back, and the other side worked!!!

where can I find non polarised led online that ships to canada??? FOR CHEAP

thx guys for the help!

You can use something like the kuryakyn diode thing:
http://www.kuryakyn.com/documents/installation/4709-21MC-0703.pdf

Or buy two diodes and hook them up like this:
(black wire) ----|>|---,---|<|-----(green wire)
                               |
                               |
                        (Dash light)
                               |
                               |
                          (ground)

You can just buy 2 LEDs and wire them cathode to anode.  For example:

          ----|>----
         |          |
---------|          |-----/\/\/---
         |          |
          ----<|----

The resultant setup should work. For a simple analysis of your flasher setup, go to http://www.falstad.com/circuit/ and import this: http://tinypaste.com/a6845

                               |
                          (ground)
That's possible too, I just realized that the Kuryakyn fix is the same as Fix 3 here: http://gstwins.com/gsboard/index.php?topic=46823.msg525505#msg525505

SuperbrightLEDs.com carries non-polarized LEDs but only in the 168/194 size. The green 6 LED aren't listed as non-polarized but the ones I and others have gotten were non-polarized. Newer F models take the smaller 74s in the indicators but a 194 non--polarized can be made to fit.
