WTB Frame With Clean Title

Hi everyone,
Im looking to buy a frame and clean title for my project. I had one lined up from BigLou, but he has dropped off the face of the earth sadly
I have a guy selling one here local but its a 89 frame, and will need mods to get it to 04+ looks. Id like to find an 04 or newer frame, if anyone has one, please let me know, the price and maybe I can pick it up this weekend, esp if you are near NY or Michigan. Im located in Toronto
