don't advance the timing. It doesn't add power. It might even reduce it. Use the CNC to make other cool parts.   :cheers:

Hey how about you machine me some new chain adjuster plates out of 3/8th to 1/2in aluminum. That would be nice.... Im always having problems with mine, bend em once and they are pretty much done...

I think my bike actually had an ignition advance in it when I bought it, at least the box of spare parts I have has one in it. Anyone care to briefly explain to me what an ignition advancer does?

ummm advances your ignition.. :tongue2:.... 5 degrees in fact. "Supposed to increase lower end throtle response" No one has yet to prove anything on a dyno.  basically your bottom plate that the ignition pick ups sit on, is taken off the bike the V&H one is put on voalla... Or you modify yours yourself by slotting the bolt holes, basically all this does is fool the bikes ignition into thinking that the cylinder is 5 degrees futher into its stroke than it actually is.
