I dont want my bike to be stolen. The problem is:

Is it going to work properly with the battery? my battery is a little weak. Three days without moving the bike and it goes dead.

Is there going to be any trouble with the electric circuit? some people have told me that the GS has a very sensible electronic system that doesnt like to be bothered by extra wires.

What i like the most is the motion detector (I hate when people touches my bike :x  , damn I hate fingerprints on my mirrors and my tank :guns: !!!) and the fuel and electric blocking sistems (I also like a lot the remote control).

What do you suggest? IS IT GOOD IDEA?

A good electronic alarm will probably work OK and not have any impact on your bike's electronics...but...I'm not a big fan of electronics.  I've walked down too many city streets with car alarms going off and no one even looking twice.  I like physical stuff that makes it very difficult to steal the bike.  Cable locks.  Chains.  Disc locks.  Nothing is foolproof; you just try to make your bike more difficult to take than the next one.
