Why couldnt you simply make them fit a three bar case guard.. Quick edit.... to follow..  Just weld ina flat circular plate on the back side drill and tap some holes put some holes in the pucks and throw them on there? And possibly the same type thing once you figure out how to do them for the F.... sorry dont have a ready pic of the left side to modify...

Yea trying bending anything in that tight U shape.
Also try getting end plates. BTW end places have to have a wee bit of leeway since the locations in castings are not quite exact.
Then of course they wont fit an F. Hits the fairing front and bottom.
Cool.

Well  if you have a plate welded to the back of it then you could bend u sections the same size you have in the original cut them into thirds and weld them together for a complete circle, it wouldn't lose as much rigidity because the plate binds them together and reinforces them. the other bars are just straight bars with bends like the ends. I dont know why everyone has to over complicate things. If I had the machinery I'd do it myself, but I unfortunately don't have the facility or equipment to do this sort of thing myself. Otherwise I wouldn't suggest something to someone else that I could make money doing.
Current project:
Mmotos full body kit (YOU DONT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM... READ MY THREAD BOOT STATE UPDATE)
K&N Lunchbox
Buddah's jets
CBR F2 rearsets
Ducati pass pegs (Modified)
Kat rear wheel
Carbon Fiber Exhaust Can, possibly shortened and relocated
And so on......
