ok a few times lately while I have been riding if the bike has been in warm weather and I have been stopping lots I find that the clutch seems to slacken off until I cannot get anything from pulling the lever as it goes all limp with no tension, any ideas?

maybe its time to replace the cable.

also when the bike heats up the cable lengthens... sometimes enough to screw up your clutching. try adjusting it, and look at the cable ends to make sure its not breaking.

infact, buy a new cable now and keep it handy.

the cable was replaced only a couple of months ago, have tried screwing it up to make it work but then when I to back later when's it's cooled down it's tightened back up and I need to slacken it off again
