Advice needed, maybe info as well ( recommendations)

My back has been locking up last few days, a knot the size of my fist, palpable wheni bend forward ( long standing back issues lol) cannot get into doc until sept 18th, so ive got to keep comfy until hten. becoming increasingly difficult. So does anyone know of anythign which would work as a " muscle realxer" that is 1.legal, 2. i can use while at work, and 3. while off work as well, teas, rubs etc?, getting to teh point im willing to make opium tea. the poppies are 100% legal, but harvesting = hella nono, but fromwhat ive read makes for a good ( provided proper levels, a tea whihc acts as a muscle relaxer. but im not going there. anyone recommend anythign over the counter i can get. which i can use while at work?, im at wits end. any advice/info/links much appreciated

you might have tried this already but if not then what about acupuncture? not had it myself yet but i hear if you go to a reputable place it can be REALLY good for all kinds of problems. not just back trouble. something to consider if you havent already = )

was considering this. but have to save up 250 to get into doc  , so i gotta be on the cheap sode for the time being, ive read some good things about it as well

Tiger Balm or Sombra the latter I buy at the Doc's office but I don't think it is prescripton necessary. Works like a charm! Have you been doing those exercises?

My dad swears by acupuncture for his back pain. In fact, since he began using it, his frequency of back aggravation has massively decreased.

actually tg we DO socialised med. called county health dept. 3 mos to get in there, no xray unit etc [/sarcasm ftw lol], i do use them for my insulin prescriptions or occasional infections, or issues like that. worthless for much else. mary, cant hardly flex enough for the excercises anymore , on hold for now

well i do have a heating pad, moist? no. can be made so wihta  waterproof cover. tehn a moistened towel or somethign on it

Ensure, milk shakes with Nestle Good Start mixed in. Also, the Brat diet Banna Rice Applesauce Toast. What my diet looks like when the Chron's flairs! Or if it is in the hospital TPN and nothing by mouth YICK!
