Ive read of a few guys making there own bars and have seen some of the suburban machinery bars fitted. Being a welder by trade and living over here in Australia in the boonies i thought i would fabricate some up myself. Can anyone give me the angles of the bars to make it a little easier to get it right ( the two welds eiter side ) so they clear the fairing on my 08 gs500f

Try 125 and 90. Or 120 and 90 ... somewhere in the middle there it is about right.
Cool.

Laugh at the crappy picture all you want. I made this years ago in a rush because someone asked.

Make the angles however you like them.
