clutch adjustment's

Ok im tying to adjust the clutch. Its catching right before the lever is all the way out. what way do i need to turn the adjustment screw? Out or into the lever? Thanks for any Help. Also is there any adjustments on clutch end?

I cant help you this time (as I dont have my manual with me) but I suggest you buy a clymers or haynes repair manual [through this site to support it-link above].

Sorry im not going to get the manual. Im just trying to get the bike fixed so I can sell it. I broke my wrist because of the darn thing and havent worked for six weeks and prob wont for the next six weeks. I just cant afford to buy one.

Turn the screw into the bracket to increase freeplay.  If you can't get enough freeplay there, go to the adjustment at the other end of the cable near the shifter lever.  Turn it in also for more freeplay, out for less.  After loosening the locknut of course.   :lol:
