I recently picked this little princess up for a steal from my upstairs neighbour, book price is 3,000 , i got it for 1700 , with a alpine headunit/satnav , 60,000 miles and runs sweet as , its a 1.6 petrol 5 speed manual , now putting out around 130 BHP , Mercades A class, got my test next month 


2001 Gs500 , Katana Gsx Front End, K3 Tank,, Full S S Predetor System ,Bandit Rear Hugger,Goodridge S S Break Lines ,  Belly Pan , , K+N LunchBox, Probolt Bolts, FSD Undertray With Built in Lights And Indicators.

We don't have the A-class in the US, but I have seen them here.   I think they are sold in Canada...or maybe Mexico.    Have fun and keep the shiny side up!   :cheers:

The A class isn't available in NA at all, you've probably seen the B class.  It looks very similar and is available in Canada.

Jay, that's a pretty nifty little car.  I wouldn't mind getting my hands on one to run around town in and the diesels are supposed to get excellent mileage.

Same here, a Benz for that price is what in US?  Either way, it is a Benz even if you can pick it up and play with it.

I like it from the front yea , the back is rough , but as im facing the front its all good, its got scorpion alarm as standerd, abs , traction control , 4 airbags , electric windows , aircon, electric wingmirrors , heated rear screen , its front wheel drive , but its pretty quick, the seats in the back come out with one lever , can fit a mattress in the back , Its a benz , it runs so well its untrue

Yep got ESP, cruises at 70 mph at 2,000 rpm

there is a 2litre 4 cyl Turbo  a class that has 200 bhp , with remap . exhaust and airfilter, 230+ bhp

I love the A class.. always wanted one.. too bad not available in NA.
'01 GS500. Mods: Katana Shock, Progessive Springs, BobB's V&H  Advancer Clone, JeffD's LED tail lights & LED licence plate bolt running lights, flanders superbike bars, magnet under the bike. Recent mods: Rejet with 20/62.5/145, 3 shims on needle, K&N Lunch box.
