Hey guys I was wondering if you anyone knew what rear seat and cowl this bike has?

Thanks!

Paulcet

It looks a lot like a GS500 tail and subframe chopped up and moved forward.

yep, looks like someone took a normal GS to photoshop. There's another thread on here with tail swap stuff where someone put a tail on an old gsxr400 that looked just like that. I want to say they used a zr-7 tail though, but it was still the same idea.

Imma cover the rear part of my seat with white vinyl to match my white tail end. I have it mocked up with white fabric now. PICS!!

Cool. You gonna leave the original seat and just cover it with vinyl? Going to put the grab bar back or leave it off?

That will look good. For a while anyway. Mine has changed color and stained over the years 'Course I'm commuting almost daily, and occasionally cary a passenger.

We're gonna just cover the rear part of the seat with the vinyl. We park our bikes in the garage so I dont think fading or staining from the elements will be a problem. The vinyl can be cut and stapled to over the original seat with no problem. ....oh and if you decide you dont want it then just unstaple it  :thumb:  . . . another CHEAP way to drastically change the look of your bike. I guess we're cheap-o's lol (nikki and I)

I love how they didn't even bother to photoshop the bottom rail of that subframe, that's just a metal bar sticking out to no where haha

Suzuki really made a hassle for us with the way they mounted that grab rail and curved up the back of the seat. Much more difficult to find any kind of rear seat cowl that it should be.
