Turn Signals

I know nothing about electronics....would i need a resistor fro these?

If those are the only LEDs you are putting on you won't need a load balancer or diode but if you go LED all around then yes.

I'm pretty sure you will need a new resistor to slow down the blinking though! I know you will if you do all four.
