I'll get things started. Here's my workspace, until Monday. Then I move to the new place with a garage!

And here's my breaker bar I used to remove the rear axle nut... overkill? I think not.

Oh, just saw this, not completely sure if he's being serious or not though

Anyway, here's some pictures of mine.... It's a giant mess as it's still a work in progress from the city dungeon that it used to be. I put up all the walls, next I need to get some good tiles for the floor, and then I'm going to build some nice work benches, and then I can put up a bunch of shelves to get everything up off of the floor, it's about 15 feet wide and 28 feet long. Only down side is the lack of windows/venhilation, and everything has to come in and out of that door, which is skinnier than the mirrors on the GS

First is when you first come down the basement stairs, with the work benches and peg board on the right, the basement door and the ramp I have to take the GS in and out of to go outside.

This is the view to the left, standing at that door you can see in the previous picture

again at the door, this time looking straight back

Mine is the typical subdivision garage crammed to the rafters with crap.

However tt_four - my favorite work space is similar to yours ... except I'd say its 28 X 72 ... but it is a nice basement with a few windows that barely light themselves up cos its surrounded by trees, on one side and a garage door on the 28 ft end

Cool.

Yeah, I think it would be pretty perfect if it was just a little bigger, had normal windows instead of the glass block, as light isn't the issue, it'd just be nice for it to feel more open, maybe some double doors so it's easier to come in and out, and maybe a higher ceiling. I get by ok because I'm only 5'8, but anyone taller than me ALWAYS smacks their head off that air duct, and I never remember to remind them ahead of time, but I love the fact that I can work on stuff and still be in my house. As nice as a double garage would be it's still nice to be inside, especially when winter comes and I'm still warm.

This is the lab, pictured 63 spitfire, 72 honda cb750 chopper, 07 gs500, indy car go cart, 1977 ironhead chopper project, mini bike, cl200 hillclimber. Not pictured is the 77 spitfire, 66 chrysler 300, 77 chevy step side hot rod and 66 xlch. Things have kinda started to spew into the basement.

You deserve to be shot for putting those obnoxious looking speakers in that poor Triumph.

The Buddha

Dude its a triumph, prolly the speakers drop at every bump and cut back in when he slams on the brakes.
Cool.

Haha, you're not doing much to help the triumph stereotype by posting the picture of it with an oil pan under it! Haha. No hard feelings though, my last bike was a Triumph.

That bike with the red grips, I'm assuming it's the hill climber, looks like a ton of fun.

newbie

The speakers were installed by the po in the triumph. The radio isnt even hooked up, i like to listen to the 4 banger purrrr with the dual webers, and besides they look better than 2 holes in the wall looking at the gas tank. I know the oil pan under her does look bad in that pic but i dont have a ton a room in the garage ,and kept tripping over it, and all trumps leak oil!! (LOL) Even my restored 77 spit seems to every so often puke some out of the overflow/case vent. The hill climber is a ton of fun! Ive been practicing on the hill in front of my house now there is about a half foot deep rut up the hill. My neighbors love me!

I wanna steal GeeP's shop...

Ya'll workspaces are far far far far to clean and neat.

My wrench space is in my parent's garage, and it looks like a bomb hit a tornado during an earthquake after a hurricane; that's after I've spent considerable time trying to clean out some space to work on my bike.  Problem is every time I try and clear some space, somebody adds more crap!
