No Spark

My Old 125cc engine had almost packed up , so i picked up the identical engine off a doner bike i bought for 50 pounds,  both bikes started perfect before the swop, now since the swop , the bike will not start , i have gas, but no spark what so ever, the cdi's and coils are different on each bike , and some of the parts will not swop over , i cant understand why it worked perfect before the swop,

Any ideas?

checked the ground , it seemed fine , so i just got the loom from the donor bike , and rewired it to my frame , started on the button , thanks
