Dubbing DVD movies...

now...anyone know of a good program for converting Divx/Avi/mpg/etc to dvd?  Few "home" movies I need to get to hard-copy...

same as mentioned above. the ones i like for dvd to dvd, or somefiletype to dvd:

handbrake
dvd::rip
ffmpeg

i think you winders users like DVDSanta or something like that. Nero does stuff, but IIRC it's hampered by do-gooders and stupid hollywood.

just about have to use illegal (in the stupid US) software to do anything fun anymore.

I'm ripping The Gods Must Be Crazy  1 and 2 right now, and transcoding to two 220 Mb 3GP files... for viewing on my Android G1 next week... assuming I still have a job to sit around at.
