Stop more often and stretch would probably be a good place to start.  Different bars, bar ends, pegs and gear could also make a difference.

Wearing gloves and shoes with heavier soles can help and also try to support your weight with your midsection instead of your hands.

Fill your bars with lead shot.
Foam grips.
Relax.
Boots.
Gloves.
A better helmet.
Sync your carbs.
Adjust your chain.
Check tires for balance.
Earplugs (relax)
Relax.
Darker visor (relaxes)
Go up one tooth on your front cog to lower cruising rpms.

The lead in the bars and foam does a good bit. I did a short write up here on gstwins about lead in the bars. It works !
