I was waiting for the steering wheel thing, but wear the gear, that was a LOL.

In Cricket the testicular guard, or Box, was introduced in 1874. The helmet was introduced in 1974. Is there a message??

Haha :D
1.1 base trim level I suppose?
I was very close to buying one too last winter, the CNG-powered version to be precise.
Then I decided to keep the good old Punto instead.
Anyway still considering one of these as my next car. :thumb:

Go and look for TopGear James May's video road test of this car.
I found it very funny...Best piece was the final line, which sounded something like this:
"What surprises me most is, I've had this car for a week or so, and nothing has fallen off it yet...!!" :D

Cal, I would have appreciated if you bought and AMERICAN vehicle, as our economy is in the crapper right now.   It would be entirely appropriate of you to take the Fiat back and purchase a Hummer immediately!   Thanks!   :icon_lol:

BTW- which model is it, so we can Google and read up on the specs?

As Fiat now "controls" Chrysler, we will probably have those, or something similar here in the next few years.   I do know that we are supposed to get the 500 in about a year's time.
On those days when life is a little too much and nothing seems to be going right, I pause for a moment to ponder the wise last words of my grandfather:  "I wonder where the mother bear is?"

Sorry Caffeine - they did not have a Hummer in my colour or quite big enough.

It's a Fiat Panda 1.1 active. The fiat website says "so full of Italian style you'll want to drive it to Rome" which is a bit odd considering it is built at Fiat's Polish plant - hey ho! - I couldn't buy British so I compromised on european-not-french.
In a year or three i fancy one of those Crysler retro-gangster cruiser things, just to be international but they are probably built in Brazil or somewhere with a Belgian engine and Canadian parts. Who can tell these days, Ford had a ceremonial opening of their Indian plant yesterday, not just a screwdriver shop but building an Indian car.
Such is life.

Why not the MINI? Made in UK, stylish, and cute. :icon_mrgreen:

...yes, it's owned by the Germans, but then again, who cares nowadays... ;)
