Need Help Power for a 2005 Suzuki 500f gs

Can someone please Help me.. My bike was stolen and in great shape running ..loved it. Now that I got it back its like it has no power to it and the battery is good. I cant even get it to turn just to get it started. They burned up the wires to the turn signals and all the lights. The wires were melted together. I am at a loss if I can just get it to start I will be happy. Please tell me where to start on this I am at a loss right now.

If you have a short somewhere you will not get enough current to the starter to get it to spin fast enough.
Get that wiring checked and make sure its not got a short in it.

Your only fuse is under the cover at the starter relay. The fuse in the open is a spare.
Remove the cover and check the fuse.

Thank you... I am going to try anything its really disturbing what they did to my bike. Its bad enough they spray painted it and broke the lights off now I am trying to get it going again and they hot wired it and in doing so they just started cutting wires. UGH...

No I didnt have full coverage I just got the bike and rode a couple times .. my first one like this. I loved it. Its sad they took it right from infront of my house watched me and my daughter leave in the morning for work. Cops wouldnt do anything they closed the investigation same day bike was reported so nothing has been done about it. I got the lights working . Now just got to get it to start

Its going to be a long time before I can get another bike , I am going to have to save for it.
