I'm riding with a friend between NYC and Mohegan Sun vs. Foxwoods Casino. Have not decided yet.

I don't know much about CT so if you could offer a motorcycle friendly route and eateries I'd much appreciate it.

thanks!

Yea, go east. You will encounter some water, just keep going 3-4 miles. Then head north.
Yea CT, one more reason to learn to swim and you can swim with your bike on your back via the atlantic.
Cool.

Just take the Merritt Parkway its like a race track but is filled with turns (if I can recall it correctly).  Otherwise, use google to look for routes with as many turns as possible.  Some of the best trips I've had are those where I didn't have a route planned - but be sure to build in 2+ extra hours travel time.

In all honesty, I lived in CT for 3 months, the roads there are basically paved deer trails and no matter what route you take - as long as its not I95 or whatever is there - it will be great.  Just be prepared with longer than expected drive times because it is somewhat maze-like.
