:icon_mrgreen:  I have had my 1976 CB750F for two years.  I love this bike.  It was smooth, responsive, and above all DEPENDABLE.  It died after I let it sit for a year.  It stopped getting spark.   :dunno_white:  Anyway, there was a bad-ass mechanic named Tony Cowger here in Tyler, TX who had a "money talks, shaZam! walks" business motto.  But, he almost always stopped what he was doing, grabbed a cigarette from his shirt pocket, and talked me through any problem I was having with my bikes.  He was a really cool old man.  Within a week before his death, he asked if I still had my 750.  I said "Oh yeah."  He said "I thought you got rid of it."  I siad "Hell no. I love that thing."  He said "That's the one you need to hold on to."  So, I  shall.  I have it partially dissassembled, and plan to make a VERY AGREESIVE cafe racer out of it.  It for sure needs the frame straightened, a transmission, clutch, and a valve job, among other things.  So.....  I have a rust free tank, so no worries.  I also have a spare engine with HOPEFULLY good tranny.  I mainly want a '77 - '78 cylinder head from a black F model.  Preferably one that doesn't need an overhaul.  I may need a straight front end.  I haven't tried to fix the one I have.  I also need another top triple clamp.  Mine is missing the ear for the guages to bolt up.  Pretty much everything else I need will be aftermarket go-fast goodies.  But I am sure I will think of other shaZam!.  DO you have any CB900F and CB1100F parts?  Thanks.

Hey dude, motorcycle classics or atleast I think that's the name of the magazine has an on going resto of a sand cast CB750.
My neighbor has a CB900 the 10/12 speed one and a CB750 that has long forks on it.
Anyway, I like em but they are heavy.
They make good choppers with those amen savior frames, they make good cafe's and bob's. I just dont like the weight. Maybe in time I'll get to liking it.
Cool.

Ive got all the parts you need, except i dont think i have a black head. I have more than a few heads tho. The best one is a known good head with i think my tag on the motor says 4K miles (im not home so might be a lil off on this), that would sell complete. I usally like to sell the forks and trees as one tho cause im all out of beat up forks as of now. only nice ones. Honestly living in tx it might be more cost effective to find some forks more locall with shipping. The known good head i would gaurantee for 80 bucks. If your not in a super hurry give me a week and i can get you a top clamp for probbaly 10-15 bucks. Im not sure on the shape of the 78 im getting tomorrow, it might have a black head but its not a runner

I dont as of now have any cb900 or cb1100 parts, there a little hard to get rid of parts

I love me them cb honda and hd sportys. Ive got a 1972 cb750 thats the keeper that is currently garage art waiting for a complete redo. Ive logged about 30k miles on it before a ring let loose. I have a big bore 832 drag bike motor that im waiting to freshen up and drop in.

Ive just started selling parts about 2 months ago and there going quick locally. Sold a ton of cb350 parts and 750s.
