I used to ride/borrow a chinky 50 scooter, after 1.5years and 5k mi on it, i finally decided i wanted to get a bike, and that i was mature enough not kill myself in hooliganism. Then a couple months ago i purchase a gs500. Weighs twice as much, A LOT more top heavy :icon_rolleyes: oops. very glad that i bought a bike, although i like the smell of used motor oil, the sound of an engine reving, and it seems like less stuff is breaking on my 95gs than the 06 baja.

do you want to be cute or cool? glad your not the girl in flip flops and a dress, on a scooter.

i wave to everyone, but bikes/scooters that look like a factory radio is an option.

I am against scooters above 250, unless you are physically disabled. I would be terrified to take a typical styled scooter above 60 since you sit on it vs hold it between your legs, tucking on a scooter is a weird position, however riding the gs is more physically demanding than when i was on the 50.

on the gs my shoe laces keep on getting caught on the ankle plate things, buying real shoes as soon as i actually have it running right.

/random comments.

A couple of Nissan SR20's would pull a premium one week before race wars.

Tuck your laces between the tongue and the side of the shoe.
