Hi All,

anyone know of, dealt with, had any problems with Starcylce USA ?


We're in Australia, purchased & paid for a full Jardine system for the GS last week......supposedly been sent....though USPS has no record of it being recieved.

Have sent a couple of emails to Starcycle over the past couple of days....no response as yet.

Should I be concerned?

Anyone else have any dramas with Starycycle ?

Anyone in Lebec CA area that wants to go hunt em down & help an Aussie out ?  LOL

I used starcycle to get my Jardine all went smooth no problems and they were pretty good, Wouldn't worry just yet should take about a week and half. Also Ive always had trouble using the UPS tracker its usless.

I would blame USPS first. The number you get from them is not so much a "tracking number" its a delivery confirmation number.

I ship 20+ items outside the US every week. I have had some take over a month just to go to Canada and NEVER show anything under the "USPS tracking"

Most of the time you wont get a status update until it arrives in NJ for customs. And like I said, lots of times you get no update at all... it just shows up

Yeah, I hate those numbers. They don't tell you anything until the package is already there.

All good....system arrived as promised.....will have it fitted, carbies re jetted etc in the coming weeks....wooohoooo
