Except for the tantalizing "does not want to start" bit... Having engine guard on the left side only bugs me, but imagine getting it running with just some minor adjustments    Even if the engine was dead, I can use the new tires, the tank, the handlebar, the gauges, the windscreen....., and part out the rest.

Chain looks clean. New tires means we cannot judge things by the tires - but - bent bar end knob and slight rust on engine guard scream... I've been dropped. But dang... the price...

Believe it or not, I have done it ... and not even driveway, in his side walk, he lived in one of those city lots in richmond. However I had been screaming at him to fix it a certain way ... and he was being a lazy clown.
It was a gstwinner. Obviously.
