Hi bluehaze,
Will you include the original bar ends with these?
The bars ends on the 2008 -- are they the ones that have the expanding rubber and metal ends that hold them in ? Or do they have long screws that are able to screw into welded-in bungs in the ends of the handlebars here?
I'm interested in them, so please explain what these are.

P.S. Also, is Everett a large town? A friend of mine lives there. I am wondering if Everett is small enough that you might know him.

unfortunately no bar ends on these.. i transfered them over to my sm2 bar.   these are just handlebar with no bar ends.

But how do the bar ends fit into this bar?
With rubber and metal expanders that grip the inside of the bar ends or with a long screw that threaded into a welded-in bung at the ends of the bars?
That's what I also need to know about your bars.

oh ok.

bar ends fit via a long nut that goes through a rubber thing that as you tighten the bolt it squeezes the rubber thus making it stick to the inside.   

from your description i would say it is the first one.
