That is 30 miles form my house. Whoever buys it can bring it to my house and ~$50 and leave with a good carb and if nothing else was wrong with it, running.

Sounds exactly what happened to mine, Buddha fixed my carbs up perfect.  I'd say whoever gets it should sent it to you, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD paint it and it'd be good to go for what...less than a grand total?
