First off I am selling this because I have to move, I would like to keep it a little longer to get more experience on, but it has to go. It has about 15,000 miles on it, in good shape, I don't think it has ever been crashed, I am the third owner, I had a small incident that ran it into some brush and there are some fine scratches on the right side. Nothing that sticks out or that you can notice from more then 10 feet away. I just finished putting it back together after checking the valve clearance, they were all within specs, when we got the news we had to move. The back tire is nearly new, the front tire is brand new, I just put it on when I checked the valves, so it has a 10 miles test ride on it. I have new brakes for it front and rear, but I have not put them on yet. When I purchased the bike, I thought the brake pads were a little thin, after buying new ones I realized, they were only about half worn. The battery seemed to be getting weak, I added a little water to it, it was low, and now it seems to be holding a charge very well, and started the bike when It was a cool morning. I also have a matching scorpion helmet, I could let go with it. This is the only picture I have of it right now. I might be able to get some better ones soon. I almost forgot, it is a 2004.   I am asking $2600, but since it needs to go soon, It will become negotiable the longer I have it.  I am going out of town for a few days for the holidays.  If you would like to set up times to see it when I get beck, you can PM me.

edit:  I just went out and went for a short ride, it was around 50 degrees, and had not been started in a week.  It started right up.  There is no issue with the battery anymore, so this bike is like new and needs nothing, it is ready to go!

Seriously, not a single reply.  My moving has been postponed about 2 months so I have a little more time but it is still certainly for sale.

johnny ro

thats my bike!!

I suggest put the brake pads on and list on craigslist. If the battery is really OK then don't mention it.
