Searched, but can someone help me diagnose my problem? (Running Lean)

A couple of weeks ago, I put some carb cleaner in with a full tank of gas. Ran through a couple of tanks of gas and everything was running great, so I don't think the cleaner caused any issues with o-rings or seals (but I still need to check). It's been cold here so I use full choke on startup, but was able to gradually turn down the choke after a minute of idling and about a mile of riding. And once I got down to no choke it idled and rode completely fine.

Anyway, I was ridding the other day and all of a sudden while I'm cruising around 50mph, I feel it start missing like I'm running out of gas (but I had plenty), so I pulled into an Autozone to check things out. I pulled the plugs and they looked pretty nasty so I bought brand new ones and put them in(I didn't gap them, but checked them stock and I think they were .35 - which is fine IIRC). Things seemed to run ok for a bit, but then the same problem came up, just not as bad. I've been riding with the choke on about 1/8th but when it's off, there's kind of a missing/slight bucking while cruising, but once I get on or off the throttle it's fine.

My question is that since I ran the carb cleaner through that it cleaned things up enough to allow more air and making me run lean. And if that's my problem, how to richen it up.

Any advice on what I can do to fix this? I'm afraid by riding with the choke on so much that I'm going to foul my plugs, or something else may go wrong.

Any input is helpful! Thanks guys!

carb cleaner wont increase the AIR through a carb, it will increase the FUEL through the jets (assuming they were clogged). also carb cleaner always makes my bike and cars run like crap untill its completely out of the system. the fouling of the plugs is caused by the gunk build up being partially burned, if you havent put any new gas in yet, try it.

The cleaner cleaned all the crappe out of the crappe pockets in the tank and put them safely in the carb.
