Want to support the site by buying a manual, but can't find an 04+...

So today I finally clicked the link to buy a manual through the site and was routed to the 89-02 manual.. did a search for a gs500f clymer and got nothing but suzuki factory manuals as a result.. i know from reading around here that overall the motor, with the exception of a few emissions sensors, is relatively unchanged in the last 15+ years, so i guess i'm wondering if it makes a difference whether i buy the 89-02 or keep looking for an 04+.. i'm only looking for help with (hopefully never to be needed) engine repairs, as the body work seems to be rather idiot proof.

Clymer doesn't make an 04. It's 89-02 for the Clymer. So you'll be a lo-o-o-o-ong time looking for an 04.

Haynes makes a later one. Their manual is up to 08... 89-08

Buy both. At around twenty-ish bux each you can. Not like the $60 - $70 EACH they are down here in Oz.

Yeah no dice on a newer clymer. The big difference that might make it worth picking up a haynes would be for info on the newer carbs.

You can always buy stickers to support the site. (plus the add like 5 hp)

i have donated multiple times.. would still like to get a manual. a free download would be great if anyone knows where to get one.
