No one has the innards of the ignition box mapped out.
However you can use a ignition box from several different bikes, cars etc etc ... it senses the rpm via its dwell and advances the spark. You can control it by modding the advancer in a pinch.

Cool.

thanks the buddha, that really can be a solution. By the way, I opened the box and circuit was covered a rubber-like material, today probably i cleaned it and begin to discovery what problem is, there can be some photos.

Make sure what you use to clean does not destroy the evidence of blown components.
For example the capacitors spit out a blue liquid. More than likely you will lose it when cleaning that rubber cement goop off.
On my virago I ended up finding a blown capacitor and replacing it and it worked for over 2 years. Now somehtign else is blown and I cant identify it. There is one guy who replaces all of it ... 100 bucks. There has to be a method like that for a GS I hope.
Anyway you can use a ignitor off anything ...

Oh yea if I can ever find it, I have a GS one that was eaten by a dog. That may give you the swapper you need, get your wires color matched over to it and solder them - if I ever find it.

Anyway any other bike's black box could be used ... you need a circuit diagram of both bikes ... but the general idea is -
3 wires form the crank triggers, 1 from the oil sender, 2 wires from the battery, and 2 wires to the coils. Or 3 to the coils and 1 from battery ... whatever decode the GS one, and decode the other bikes. Wiring harness not the black box itself.
Suzuki black boxes are better than yamaha, kawi and honda may be same as suzuki ... but suzuki is fine. Maybe you're better off getting a suzuki black box. I'll see if I spot one today in my junkyard run ... yea its 20 degrees F and I am running to a junkyard. Crazy ...
