The bad:
No title. Title was last held by GE Financial.  Don't have time to track it down.  It was flipped by a previous owner. The frame didn't bend, but there was front end damage to the headlight and gauge cluster. I replaced these parts.  The clutch is not working properly. When you pull the cable it doesn't disengage.  May need new brake pads.
The good:
The engine runs well. Just cleaned the carbs. All plastics are in tact but need to be sanded and repainted. Tires are in fair condition.

It could be ready to ride with a little time, but I don't really have that time.  I'll keep working on it while i've got it, but i'd like to invest the money elsewhere.
