Getting it out is the easy part, just get a socket that's about the same size as the bucket and whack it with a hammer.  Going back together you will need a valve spring compressor tool.  Once the valve is out you can get a better look at the seat.  I was lucky on my '01 that burnt an exhaust valve, I was able to lap a new valve in the head and it restored full compression.  Good luck   :thumb:
