For anyone who messes with their air screw on their carb..

This tool comes in handy while on the fly fliddling. I now keep it in my tool area on my bike. The short one at least. The long one I use for in my shop. I made this while bored at work in the shop by heating up the shaft and bending it.  :cheers:
oh yeah, and that's the carb complete breakdown for mine- including the effing emmissions hoses.

I use a flathead bit for a multi-tipped screwdriver.  works great, and can still function in its initial capacity

I do that too, it does work well but you have to be careful to not burn your hands if the engine is hot.  It's cramped under there!

I just use the tip out of one of those replaceable tip screwdrivers.

When I rejeted the carbs, while they where on the bench, I drilled out the plugs, set the mixture screws to 3 turns out then put some thick enamel paint on the threads, I don't have any reason to touch the screws anymore in my lifetime!  :woohoo:

(I can still remove them if I need to)
