rX7 wouldn't have the space to transport a mini-bike.

A crown vic though could probably fit this

I would totally do this.

I totally wouldn't do that.  The roof is needed for the structural integrity of the unibody unit.  With the roof cut-out like that the car will twist over bumps and bends until it breaks.

I put thousands of miles on a chevette that I cut the roof off of with a sawzall.  it faired just fine
gsxr shock
katana FE
99 katana front rim swap
vapor gauge cluster
14 tooth sprocket
95 on an 89 frame
lunchbox
V&H ssr2 muffler
jetted carbs
150-70-17 pilot road rear
120-70-17 sportmax front
sv650 rear wheel
sv650 tail swap
gsxr pegs
GP shift

It probably still has the front bar of the roof right behind the windshield. That's at least something?

Do you think you could get a car inspected like that? I actually saw another picture of this car hauling a bike in action on the highway, I don't remember where though.
