WTB Katana rear shock & Givi top rack

Hey all,

I'm looking to upgrade my rear shock with a Kat one. Anybody have one they're interested in parting with? I think my preferernce is for a 750, but I'm not picky.

Ditto on the top rack. I'd like to get a Givi setup, so if you have one lying about let me know. I believe the 04's take the 526 rack.
