Goin back to Cali

Wife and I decided to move back home. 11 yrs in Washington, stepkids are grown up and moved out, so wife agrees it's time for a change and she is giving in to my being homesick.

Timeline is to hopefully be in the Bay Area next Summer. Depends on how quick we can sell the house and how soon I can get a transfer to the SF office. The work part looks good, the house...well that's another thing. At least I am not upside down on the mortgage, and our county seems ok in the housing market.

I know of BARF, but any other boards for the Bay Area?

there is no way we'll ever be able to buy given the difference in AL and CA home prices, but we'll stack up all we can and move out there when the kids are grown.
