I would be interested had SONY not gone with a proprietary DVD format. If I didnt have to buy special movies ON TOP of my original movie purchase I would buy it. I dont know, I'll wait and see what type of direction it takes. PSX WIll be a MUCH better console though, so I may wait for that, or the next gen X-box.

Got it yesterday as soon as it was out. Had it pre-ordered for several months now. It's getting a lot of criticism out there because of the price and how the features aren't all that great. I would consider myself a very hard core gamer and let me tell you... the PSP is well worth the money. I think a lot of the critics are forgetting one thing. It's a portable gaming machine first and everything else second. I bought it for the gaming experience. Not to watch movies or listen to music. I don't care about the other features what so ever. This things is going to change the face of portable gaming all by itself. Nintendo has probably been continuously crapping in there pants for months now after a disappointing system like the Nintendo DS (which I also had the first day). If you're a gamer, don't wait on the PSP. It's well worth it and gonna be hard to find for the next month or so. Go get it. :thumb:

LUV my PSP slim. Wouldn't part with it for the world. the Wifi is a savior in the Dr. offices. I can also play some games like peggle off of my PS3 through it as well!
