92-98 Yoshi Exhaust Question

Well I managed to come across an older Yoshi exhaust for my 2000 GS.  So I finally went to put it on and the manifold did not seem to fit.  I know this is a more rare out of print exhaust so I can't tell if they just quit making them before my bike came out and I'm just retarded or if it actually doesn't fit.  Anyone have experience with this?  Thanks guys.

Past 1998, I've only seen yosh slip ons for the F. they stopped making a full yosh setup for the 500 in 93, so you have a gem. Have you tried a side by side comparison yet?
