Odd Idol, maybe?

Thanks for the welcome.  I do have one other problem with the 95 gs500f.  When i let off the gas the RPMs hover for about 3 seconds and then drop down the the 1300 mark.  With it doing this its jerky in stop and go traffic. It  has hung up only one time.  When i gave it some gas it got unstuck. Is this just the nature of the best or a problem?

It's a problem, however it is common.  Search for "hanging idle" for possible clues.
