The $10 one is probably worth it... The $49.99 one is over priced... why... K&N is having a blow out on them for $25+10 shipping. And that includes the Dynorun. You could use the individual components as well... 150 mains, 40 pilots and a 1/2 mm washer under needle... Works everytime.. In fact Gino's bike had the stock pilots (I set the mix screw to 4.5 ... a little high but I dont worry until its over 5 turns out cos then it may fall out). The famous 150/40/3turns 1washer setting should cost you less than $15... BTW with anby of these kits.. you still need 40 non bleed pilots.
Cool.

Does this hold true for the carbs on the '01?

Everything except the pilot jets does.  Stock pilots in a 2001 are 17.5 bleed type - up them one or two sizes to 20 or 22.5 and they will act the same as the 40 non-bleeds do in the earlier carbs.  Washer advice and turns out on the pilot screw are the same as earlier.  There is an additional "mid" jet in the 2001 and up.  I do not remember the size off hand (65? 67.5?) but if you leave it alone you can follow the main jet recommendations given with a K&N pod filter and a good exhaust.  Otherwise, bump the mid-main one notch and the main one less than the advice above and you should be fine.

If you use a dynojet kit note that the jet numbers are way different.
