fuel leaking from carb little help please

My left carb only is leaking. It looks like its from the little jet in the middle of the carb face. The jet that does not have a flathead slit through it.

What could be causing this and how do I fix it?

Is this the float level?

pictures? might help with figuring out what exactly is "leaking"
rustbucket on wheels that go vroom vroom and stuff.
