Hi Guys,

Whilst this must be the largest membership forum, most people here seem to be in the States, and we are in the UK.

Can anyone suggest any other forums for us UK owners, so we can arrange rideouts, etc ?

Thanks,

Nick

This one has been around for a while, not as active as ours:

http://www.gs500e.co.uk/forums/

There are quite a few UK members here including Cal Price one of our moderators listed above.  Some of the others should jump in here and post soon.
407,400 miles in 30 years for 13,580 miles/year average.  Started riding 7/21/84 and hung up helmet 8/31/14.

Thanks - I'll take a look, but I'll keep logging in frequently here too,  though...

I've also wondered the same thing. The thing that put me off the gs500e.co.uk site was the subscription thing.

I'm the same as Conoral, the pommie site is interesting but the subscription stuff puts me off. Our forum here at the gstwins has a nice balance. Have a look at the posts if you visit, register if you want to post. Nice. But the stuff on some other forums about locked off pages unless you subscribe/register don't work for me. There come a limit to the number of logins and passwords in my life (and my poor brain!).

I only use this a piston heads bike banter – I think you can get all the technical info you need from here.
Me and my '08 GS reside in Derbyshire, England.

I'm in the UK myself (Woking, Surrey) and so far have found this forum much better than gs500e.co.uk.  Although most people are from the states, there are enough UK riders hanging out here.

If you're really looking for a meet up in the UK, why not start a thread in the meet-up section?  I'm sure others will join.  I would - if it's reasonably local :)
