Is there a how to on how to replace fork seals i got me a leak.  if not can someone give me a quick rundown on how to do this ?

when I had a fork seal start leaking on me, I just did a katana front end swap!
gsxr shock

vapor gauge cluster
14 tooth sprocket
95 on an 89 frame
lunchbox
V&H ssr2 muffler

150-70-17 pilot road rear
120-70-17 sportmax front
