i did this a couple of weeks ago. very useful how-to

i made the monster allen tool using a 5/8 threaded rod, 2 5/8 nuts, and jb weld. i was wondering if the jb weld alone would be enough. it was plenty, worked great.

the 8mm hex key socket tool that i had wasn't long enough to get into that space so i made a custom set.  just cut the long hex shank off of a regular right angle allen key and jb wleb that into a 8mm socket. then you can use that with your torque wrench no prob.  you could also buy a set of "long" hex sockets from mcmaster carr or some other industrial supply but i had the extra keys to cut.
