Are the wheels white or black? I'm looking for white rims for my 3009 GS500F

(sigh)  ok.....  i have an ecu, no front fender, no instrument cluster, and the wheels are like a very dark grey.

Have the gas cap, fuel petcock, tank, tank mounting hardware?
Wanting extra tank to have in the paint shop so my 1992 bike is not out of service while getting it all repainted.
